Cooking up a storm from 29 June to 31 July 2008, discover the very best of Singapore’s food and what everyone’s taste buds are raving about at this year’s Singapore Food Festival 2008.
Singaporean cuisine has continuously touched and delighted the hearts and taste buds of so many people in Singapore and around the world. Nowhere is this more evident than with the chilli crab dish that has virtually become synonymous with Singapore.

This year’s iconic food event that is Uniquely Singapore takes all those good feelings and memories, and pours it all into a single month of culinary celebrations in July. Comprising of weekly core events, themed celebrations, culinary workshops and competitions organised island-wide, this month-long festival celebrates the local perennial food favourites that have given Singapore an international reputation of a diverse food Mecca.
